As a Road Freight Specialist, you will facilitate the movement of products across borders while ensuring compliance with laws and organizational policies. This role involves coordinating shipments, managing documentation, and providing excellent customer service throughout the process.

Aufgaben

• •Prepare and coordinate necessary documentation for road freight activities
• •Coordinate pick up and transfer of products
• •Monitor status of shipments
• •Communicate with authorities, customers, and suppliers
• •Manage and update carrier and vendor rates
• •Obtain spot rates as needed
• •Correspond with agents and clients in a timely manner
• •Track freight and update customers and agents on status
• •Create and maintain customer files
• •Handle customer invoicing and payables approval
• •Audit files for accuracy and completion
• •Interact with coworkers professionally and courteously
• •Assist other departments as needed
