- Proficiency in neuroscience and/or vascular biology
- Extensive imaging methodologies experience including whole mount immunofluorescence stainings
- Good knowledge of imaging dataset analysis methods
- Experience with dural/leptomeningeal biology and anatomy (beneficial)
- Passion for answering fundamental neurovascular biology questions with high translational impact
- Performing animal work (LTK1 or similar required)
Aufgaben
- Perform exploratory lab work
- Investigate targeting of CNS meninges in vivo
- Visualize cranio-meningeal compartment
- Explore suitable delivery methods
- Conduct animal work (LTK1 or similar required)
- Optimize dissection and staining conditions
- Apply state-of-the-art imaging techniques
- Use confocal microscopy
- Utilize tissue clearing and lightsheet microscopy
- Analyze intact cranio-meningeal compartment
- Summarize work for internal and external meetings
- Draft a publication
- Collaborate with a Roche scientist mentor
