Anforderungen
- Structured thinking for workflow breakdown, root cause identification, hypothesis formation, and practical MVP solutions
- Comfort with or excitement to learn no/low-code automation and ops tools
- Basic ability to work with APIs (documentation, JSON, webhooks)
- Beginner familiarity with TypeScript and modern web concepts
- Motivation to grow technical depth through projects
- Familiarity with LLMs, prompt design, AI application, output quality evaluation, and guardrail implementation
- Curiosity about embedding AI into workflows with reliability and user trust
- High organization and detail-orientation for vendor research and tradeoff summarization
- Comfort coordinating onboarding, tracking security/privacy documentation (GDPR, DPA), and supporting pilot/rollout planning
- Ability to manage intake queue, prioritize, communicate status, and iterate quickly
- Clear, concise writing and presentation skills; cross-functional comfort
- Degree (pursuing or completed) in Business, Engineering, Economics, Data/Analytics, Computer Science, or similar
- Bonus: Relevant experience via internships, projects, hackathons, or automation/integration portfolio
- Nice to have: Prior internship/project in SaaS/FinTech GTM, exposure to HubSpot/Salesforce

- Identify root causes of problems
- Shadow workflows and review communications
- Map processes and quantify impact
- Develop a prioritized automation and AI backlog
- Operate and optimize core RevOps tools
- Troubleshoot tool issues and reduce friction
- Drive tool adoption through documentation and enablement
- Define and design workflow states
- Prototype, test, and launch automations
- Iterate on automation solutions
- Build n8n workflows for GTM operations
- Build n8n workflows for internal operations
- Connect systems using APIs and webhooks
- Standardize processes using APIs and webhooks
- Identify tasks suitable for AI
- Create AI prompts and guardrails
- Evaluate AI quality
- Implement AI-enabled steps in tools and processes
- Investigate process improvements
- Evaluate build-vs-buy options
- Research providers and compare pricing
- Assess internal automation efficiency
- Complete security and legal questionnaires
- Partner with manager on rollout plans
- Document onboarding processes
- Drive adoption with measurable outcomes
