Aufgaben
- Lead the Translation Quality Research team
- Advance and defend core translation models
- Own people leadership and technical direction
- Drive rigorous evaluation of baseline translation quality
- Shape and prioritize the research agenda
- Balance product outcomes with long-term goals
- Define and communicate strategic goals and success metrics
- Collaborate with stakeholders across tech, product, sales enablement, and customer success
- Build models for translation review estimation
- Inspire and develop a high-performing team
- Recruit and motivate team members
- Build strong 1:1 relationships
- Set development plans
- Foster a candid, non-retaliatory feedback culture
- Make autonomous decisions
- Push for results
- Define the team's path forward
