Anforderungen
- PhD or Master’s degree in Robotics, Machine Learning, or related field
- Strong focus on data-driven manipulation, egocentric vision, or foundation models
- Experience with Humanoid or Dexterous Manipulation
- Deep understanding of contact-rich physics
- Excellent Python knowledge
- Excellent PyTorch knowledge
- Excellent distributed training knowledge (FSDP, NCCL)
- Proven expertise in Diffusion Models
- Proven expertise in Flow Matching
- Proven expertise in Transformers
- Hands-on experience deploying learning-based controllers on real robot hardware
- Experience with Reinforcement Learning
- Experience with simulation environments (IsaacLab, MuJoCo)
Aufgaben
- Architect large-scale pre-training objectives for egocentric video datasets
- Develop generalizable representations of hand-object interactions
- Implement spatial-temporal dynamics learning
- Unify visual perception and natural language instructions into robotic trajectories
- Design generative action heads using Diffusion Models
- Optimize generative action heads with Flow-matching techniques
- Develop algorithms for humanoid motion alignment
- Ensure fluid and stable execution of humanoid systems
- Optimize foundation model performance with Offline RL
- Fine-tune models using high-fidelity simulations
- Translate research in scaling laws into production-ready architectures
- Enhance robot reliability and autonomy through cross-functional research
