- Coordinate external market and player research vendors
- Guide area-specific reporting and ad-hoc analysis
- Define sorting algorithms and player personas
- Collaborate with Game Design to optimize user experience
- Develop meaningful KPIs and testable hypotheses
- Create clear reports for senior executives
- Establish a player-centric data strategy
