- Create and update regulatory documentation, including ingredient lists and nutrition information
- Review and approve labels and communication materials per EU food law
- Participate in project teams for new developments and product changes
- Analyze regulatory impacts of changes to raw materials, recipes, and labeling
- Coordinate orders and requests for legal opinions and labeling assessments
- Support the handling of official objections or inquiries
