- Follow up on legislations and manage suppliers’ documentation
- Handle testing and certification for EU, FDA, and USDA
- Clarify product status and duties for international regulations
- Define and update REACH duties for Producing and Selling Units
- Support Selling Units with customer requests on regulations
- Maintain Regulations databases
- Assure chemical safety for the Swiss Producing Unit
- Manage hazardous substances and substance inventory in SAP-EHS
- Serve as contact for authorities and review Safety Data Sheets
- Train employees on chemical safety
- Follow environmental regulations for emissions and VOC balance
- Manage dangerous goods and provide training
- Oversee chemistry-related R&D projects
