- Develop and execute customer-based sales strategies
- Identify new market opportunities across the region
- Forecast and manage regional sales performance
- Align with Global Accounts and Silent Aire leadership
- Oversee team capability and professional development
- Provide technical solution leadership for complex requirements
- Ensure high-quality customer engagement across regions
- Drive secured growth and account profitability
- Manage demand planning and accurate forecasting
- Maintain strong relationships and support negotiations
- Drive long-term account expansion and retention
- Collaborate with global product and operations teams
