Aufgaben
- Lead monthly performance reviews with Studio Managers
- Conduct quarterly coaching and development reviews based on NPS, KPIs, and qualitative feedback
- Ensure studios meet cleanliness, service, brand standards, and operational excellence
- Perform at least one on-site visit per studio each month
- Use internal checklists to assess and enhance studio quality
- Own studio performance in the region against approved targets
- Monitor revenue, costs, and operational KPIs with the Head of Operations
- Collaborate with Studio Managers to create action plans if performance targets are not met
- Ensure follow-up, execution, and measurable improvement on action plans
- Prepare and present quarterly regional performance reviews to the Head of Operations
- Work with Studio Managers and Marketing to maximize class occupancy and member growth
- Identify underperforming studios and implement structured turnaround plans
- Contribute to improving processes, structures, and leadership capabilities as the business scales
- Log and follow up on all maintenance issues according to the reporting process
- Coordinate day-to-day maintenance and minor renovations
- Flag major maintenance needs or investment requests to the Head of Operations
- Onboard new Studio Managers with structured training and ongoing support
- Support Studio Managers with operational tasks as needed
- Act as interim operational lead for studios without a Studio Manager
- Take the operational lead in opening new studios until a Studio Manager is onboarded
