- Proven track record in enhancing Pharma senior leadership presence
- Proven ability to source and evaluate external opportunities
- Strong relationship-building skills with academic, biotech, and investment communities
- Mandarin fluency and experience navigating local regulatory and business environments
Aufgaben
- Lead CSL's presence in regional innovation ecosystems
- Source opportunities aligned with TA strategies and portfolio priorities
- Create new partnership opportunities for GLG within each ecosystem
- Maintain and expand relationships with universities, incubators, accelerators, and venture capital firms
- Partner with TA Search Leads for regional searches and conference planning
- Support deal teams from opportunity identification through due diligence
- Organize and represent CSL at local innovation events
- Participate as a board member in key industry bodies and associations
- Maintain knowledge of internal capabilities and engage SMEs for external credibility
- Provide insights on regional biotech trends and innovation hotspots
- Collaborate with R&D, BD, and legal teams to evaluate external assets
