- Source top applicants globally
- Qualify candidates with Business Developers
- Pre-screen candidates for shortlists
- Conduct interviews via phone, in-person, or Teams
- Negotiate contractual conditions
- Maintain candidate database and administration
- Identify new ways to attract applicants
- Maintain pipeline of open applications
- Support and participate in marketing events and conferences
- Support other projects based on business needs
