Receiving and Inventory Specialist(m/w/x)
Receiving and checking 3D-printed shoe components against purchase orders. 3+ years in receiving or inventory operations preferred. Forklift and pallet jack training provided.
Anforderungen
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 3+ years in receiving, inventory, or warehouse operations (preferred)
- Experience in manufacturing or engineering environment
- Basic computer skills (ERP systems, data entry, Excel/Google Sheets)
- Strong attention to detail, reliability, and structured working style
- Good communication skills
- Hands-on mindset with strong ownership sense
- Ability to lift 20–25 kg (40–50 lbs)
- Willingness to operate in shifts
- Forklift and pallet jack experience
- Based in Hamburg or surroundings
Aufgaben
- Receive and check deliveries against purchase orders and packing lists
- Record quantities, verify product accuracy, and report discrepancies or damages
- Create new items and suppliers in the warehouse management system
- Label and route received items to designated storage areas
- Manage inventory levels through data collection, tracking, and reporting
- Perform routine cycle counts and support inventory audits
- Identify inventory discrepancies and notify stakeholders
- Maintain organized, safe, and accessible storage locations
- Assist with stocking shelves, organizing inventory, and warehouse upkeep
- Collaborate with warehouse, supply chain, and production teams
- Use basic warehouse equipment like pallet jacks, carts, or scanners
- Maintain accurate records of received materials and inventory adjustments
- Prepare simple reports to support warehouse operations
- Ensure timely and accurate completion of paperwork and system entries
