- Demonstrated experience in product launches
- Excellent communication and listening skills
- Strong business acumen

- Adaptable, curious, and resilient growth mindset
- Fluency in German and English
- Experience in Rare Diseases and relevant network

- Develop comprehensive go-to-market strategies
- Coordinate cross-functional launch tactics
- Engage customers through face-to-face and digital interactions
- Expand and nurture KOL and HCP networks
- Offer evidence-based solutions to meet customer needs
- Collaborate with commercial, medical, and access teams
- Map patient journeys and identify local barriers
- Create robust account and brand plans
- Improve rare disease diagnosis and treatment pathways
- Launch targeted educational initiatives for HCPs
- Develop digital and traditional brand awareness campaigns
- Co-create projects to improve patient care delivery
- Track KPIs and adjust launch tactics
- Present complex clinical evidence to support prescribing
