- Knowledge of the current Machinery Directive
- Programming skills in LabVIEW, PLC (SPS), C++, and ANSI C for microcontrollers
- Strong team-oriented working style
- Highly self-organized with a high level of independence
- Very good German (written and spoken)
- Professional experience in endurance testing or product development, ideally in medical technology or commissioning complex machinery
- Vocational training in Mechatronics or Electrical Engineering is a plus
Aufgaben
- Test and conduct endurance testing
- Develop and set up endurance test rigs
- Plan, execute, and evaluate test programs
- Perform measurement tasks in mechanics, electronics, pneumatics, and hydraulics
- Develop and build test fixtures for components
- Build prototypes to validate design and reliability
- Commission electrically driven machines in the prototype stage
- Conduct tests to ensure compliance with internal and external standards
- Manage assigned endurance test laboratories
- Monitor new technologies, materials, and processes in dental product development
- Translate insights into product ideas and requirements
- Ensure designs and documentation comply with quality management system requirements
- Support internal and external audits
- Analyze design issues in complex devices during development and after market launch
- Participate in risk analyses and root cause analyses (e.g., FMEA)
- Support the preparation of patent applications
