- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Good communication skills in English and German
- Ability to work independently and in teams
Aufgaben
- Inspect products using blueprints and specifications
- Perform incoming and final material inspections
- Conduct quality tests with measurement tools
- Document non-conformances and product defects
- Initiate formal corrective action requests
- Investigate root causes for quality issues
- Support corrective and preventive action implementation
- Maintain detailed quality and inspection records
- Calibrate and maintain specialized test equipment
- Collaborate with engineering to improve processes
- Support internal and external quality audits
- Follow all safety and quality procedures
- Train and guide junior quality technicians
