- Experience in Lean and Six Sigma methodologies as certified Belt is an advantage
- Problem-solving mindset
- Attitude to follow through on plans
- Good communication and negotiation skills
- Experience in working in a cross-cultural environment
- Proficiency in English and German languages
- Necessary to communicate with local team
- Interact with remote sites in the USA and Asia
Aufgaben
- Identify technical problems with suppliers.
- Implement corrective actions using MCAR system.
- Ensure structural quality and process improvements.
- Serve as liaison for suppliers and manage supply chain.
- Monitor supplier performance for quality and delivery.
- Enhance quality reliability and regulate product transitions.
- Participate in local quality and regulatory compliance audits.
- Maintain the Suppliers Quality Ranking System.
- Meet with suppliers to discuss performance metrics.
- Provide performance feedback and manage process controls.
- Establish schedules for reviewing supplier performance.
- Report and maintain accurate quality records and certifications.
- Prioritize critical cases related to customer complaints.
- Support quality improvement projects at various sites.
