- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, quality management, business, or related field
- Familiarity with warehouse automation technologies
- Experience in international quality standards and regulations
- Project Management Certified (PMP)
- Lean Six Sigma Greenbelt Certified
- Familiar with Health Safety and Environmental programs (ISO 45001, ISO 14001, ISO 27001)
Aufgaben
- Continuously improve quality management system
- Lead error and defect analysis in projects
- Drive continuous process and product improvement
- Analyze and reduce cost of poor quality
- Identify and correct process inefficiencies
- Implement root cause analysis and corrective actions
- Plan and conduct internal audits for ISO 9001 compliance
- Support project and management system audits
- Oversee supplier quality, ratings, and compliance
- Coordinate with international quality teams
- Standardize quality practices across regions
