- High attention to detail and process discipline
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work effectively in cross-functional, global teams
- Business fluency in German and English (written and spoken)

- Develop, implement, and maintain quality assurance plans
- Develop, implement, and maintain inspection procedures
- Develop, implement, and maintain quality documentation
- Ensure compliance with ISO 9001 standards
- Ensure compliance with internal quality frameworks
- Support quality management system evolution
- Conduct internal audits for process adherence
- Identify improvement opportunities through audits
- Support external audits
- Support supplier audits
- Support customer audits
- Drive corrective actions based on audit findings
- Drive preventive actions based on audit findings
- Define key quality performance indicators
- Track key quality performance indicators
- Analyze key quality performance indicators
- Prepare management reports with insights
- Present management reports with insights
- Leverage data to identify trends
- Leverage data to identify root causes
- Leverage data to identify improvement opportunities
- Partner with R&D teams
- Partner with Manufacturing teams
- Partner with Supply Chain teams
- Partner with Sales teams
- Embed quality throughout the product lifecycle
- Act as interface between technical and business stakeholders
- Monitor production processes
- Identify defects in production
- Identify deviations in production
- Lead root cause analysis
- Implement corrective actions for root causes
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives
- Use structured methodologies for improvement
