Anforderungen
- College degree or vocational training in FMCG sector or data management
- First professional experience in FMCG sector
- Experience in data management / PIM and GDSN desirable
- Strong communication skills and solution-oriented mindset
- Data-oriented, reliable, structured prioritization and time management
- Solid understanding of data flows and technical contexts
- High flexibility, teamwork, independence, and drive
- Motivation and enjoyment of international/intercultural collaboration
- Excellent German skills and very good business English
- Proficient knowledge of MS Office suite, especially Excel
- Resume in English
Aufgaben
- Maintain company’s PIM system for high data quality
- Correct and clean data according to standards
- Manage product images in PIM system’s DAM
- Collaborate with graphics department for asset management
- Support GDSN publication according to GS1 standards
- Monitor data quality continuously
- Prepare product specifications independently
- Handle internal inquiries about finished goods
- Proofread finished goods packaging materials
- Collaborate with Brand and Legal teams on proofreading
- Maintain other company databases
- Lead cross-functional projects to improve processes
