- Ensure control plans and quality procedures are in place
- Monitor CTQ and OEE quality indicators
- Take preventive actions on quality issues
- Supervise production batch releases
- Perform series release tests
- Monitor test results
- Participate in shopfloor meetings
- Resolve internal claims with other departments
- Conduct first-line non-conformity analysis
- Initiate problem-solving processes
- Manage Q-data in Q-software
- Deploy quality control procedures
- Adjust process parameters
- Control and report production Q-KPIs
- Train production staff on quality
- Supervise test equipment
- Conduct process audits and confirmations
