- Support internal and external audits
- Lead the HACCP team
- Validate CCPs and CPs
- Conduct hygiene validations and risk assessments
- Oversee comprehensive pest monitoring
- Investigate food-safety complaints
- Manage non-conformities and support crisis coordination
