Anforderungen
- Studies in life sciences (pharmacy, biochemistry, biology, ideally microbiology)
- At least 3 years relevant professional experience in regulated environment (ISO 17025, GLP, ideally GMP)
- Experience in pharmaceutical quality control (microbiology, MALDI-TOF, clean water, gas testing)
- Technical expertise on utility testing (TOC, conductivity, cleaning validation, gas testing) is a plus
- Strong customer and service orientation
- Solid understanding of IT and Office applications, ideally LIMS systems experience
- Affinity for digitalization and computer system validation
- Ideally project management experience
- Business driven mindset
- Team player, responsible, reliable and flexible
- Excellent German and good English skills
- French language skills are an advantage
Aufgaben
- Lead implementation of new analytical methods and equipment
- Plan and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders
- Ensure GMP, regulatory, and internal quality compliance
- Manage project timelines, resources, and deliverables
- Provide technical expertise on analytical methods
- Prepare and review equipment qualification documents
- Prepare and review method validation and transfer protocols
- Train and mentor laboratory staff
- Supervise customer projects on utility qualification testing
- Manage subcontracted analytical services within Eurofins Group
- Plan and organize customer projects and deliverables
- Map and configure projects in the LIMS system
- Ensure timely and proper execution of analytical work
- Approve analysis results and reports
- Supervise and support ongoing customer projects
- Participate in acquiring new projects
- Process laboratory deviations and root cause analyses
- Optimize and develop site processes
