Anforderungen

  • Degree in software testing, engineering or equivalent
  • 4+ years manual testing experience
  • 2+ years Test Management experience
  • Ability to create comprehensive test documentation
  • Knowledge of test data management concepts
  • Experience in non-functional requirement testing
  • Software testing certifications (ISTQB, CTFL) advantageous
  • Practical experience working with JIRA
  • Comfort with agile approaches
  • Experience in fraud detection or payments
  • English business fluent

Aufgaben

  • Define the QA strategy and quality goals for the FRAMS product
  • Develop and maintain automated test frameworks and pipelines
  • Oversee the overarching test automation strategy
  • Implement test plans for manual, performance, and security testing
  • Integrate testing into continuous delivery and deployment pipelines
  • Align test phase milestones with project management
  • Supervise and manage a multi-country team of testers
  • Participate in writing acceptance criteria across different levels
  • Assign roles and conduct performance evaluations for the QA team
  • Monitor quality metrics and report progress to stakeholders
  • Manage reliable and compliant test environments and data
  • Contribute directly to test execution
  • Ensure tests meet timing and quality expectations
  • Prioritize tasks to ensure the team works efficiently
  • Update test environment strategies with squads and release managers
  • Assess non-functional requirements like scalability and accessibility
