• •PhD, MD, PharmD, or equivalent experience
• •8 years in pharmaceutical industry
• •Broad cross-functional experience
• •5 years in pre-clinical or clinical development
• •Pre-clinical or early clinical experience preferred
• •Extensive matrix or line leadership experience
• •Experience defining and communicating project strategy
• •Background in respiratory, gastroenterology, or nephrology/rheumatology preferred

• •Communicate critical data and recommendations to governance committees
• •Drive stage-gate milestones and budget requests
• •Interface between pRED and partner functions on project issues
• •Collaborate with leadership to drive portfolio trade-off decisions
