- Bachelor’s degree in life sciences, healthcare, supply chain, business, or related field
- Initial professional experience in clinical trials, clinical supply, logistics, or related regulated industry
- Experience in coordination, administrative, operational, or client-facing roles
- Project Management certification from recognized institution beneficial
- Strong understanding of GMP/GxP principles and quality management systems
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with high attention to detail
- Ability to coordinate multiple activities and meet timelines in dynamic environment
- Experience coordinating with teams and managing stakeholder relationships
- Analytical mindset with ability to work with data and support reporting
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (especially Excel and MS Project)
- Experience with enterprise systems like Salesforce, GPMS, and TrackWise preferred
- Fluent English required
- Additional languages beneficial
- Proactive, adaptable, and quality-focused approach
- Travel to client sites or other facilities may be required
