Anforderungen
- Degree in Technical Engineering (Industrial, Mechanical, or Aeronautical)
- Extensive Quality Department experience in automotive sector
- Strong knowledge of APQP/PPAP, FMEA, MSA, SPC
- Proficiency in Problem Solving and Analysis tools (8D, 5 Whys, Ishikawa)
- Knowledge of internal GA systems (GlobalPro, ePQF, Suppliers APQP/PPAP, TeamCenter)
- Advanced German language skills
- Advanced English language skills
Aufgaben
- Plan and ensure automotive product quality during development
- Assure lifelong industrialisation compliance with customer requirements
- Lead a multicultural team of Quality Engineers
- Develop projects for premium OEMs including Porsche, Audi, VW, Daimler, and BMW
- Manage industrialisation activities in Germany, the UK, and the Czech Republic
- Strategically plan and control annual and multi-year budgets
- Define and implement APQP targets with the team
- Develop milestone and activity plans
- Initiate corrective actions to minimise business and project risks
- Lead standardisation projects for process optimisation
- Monitor and develop suppliers to ensure quality and adherence to deadlines
- Collaborate with Plant Quality teams during project planning
- Define and standardise control and measurement concepts
- Ensure timely product and process approvals
- Prepare for audits according to IATF 16949 and ISO standards
- Provide customer support throughout the project lifecycle
- Lead internal escalation and customer meetings
- Support Sales in preparing quotations and contract negotiations
- Align with Corporate Quality to develop strategic quality objectives
