As a Project Planning Manager, you will oversee the planning and scheduling of complex locomotive projects, ensuring alignment with strategic goals. Your role involves collaborating with stakeholders, managing risks, and delivering timely updates to keep projects on track.

Anforderungen

• •University degree in Engineering, Business, or related field
• •Tertiary qualification with relevant planning & scheduling experience
• •Additional certification in planning tools or project management
• •3–5 years of experience in project planning or scheduling roles
• •Familiarity with railways, energy, oil & gas, or technology industries
• •Proficiency in Primavera and MS Project; knowledge of Planisware and SAP
• •Strong interpersonal skills, proactive mindset, and ability to manage multiple priorities
• •Fluent German & English language skills

Aufgaben

• •Lead planning and scheduling of locomotive projects
• •Develop and maintain the Detailed Project Schedule (DPS)
• •Integrate sub-schedules from all functions and partners
• •Apply Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) for cost and progress management
• •Harmonize schedules with internal and external stakeholders
• •Monitor critical paths and identify risks early
• •Propose mitigation or recovery plans for risks
• •Leverage SAP insights for production scheduling alignment
• •Facilitate schedule-related meetings within the Project Core Team
• •Ensure transparent communication of schedule objectives
• •Support the Project Manager with schedule delays and change requests
• •Represent the project in consortium settings
• •Deliver timely schedule updates and progress reports
• •Track KPIs such as OTD and documentation milestones
• •Provide schedule analysis during tenders
• •Contribute to the Project Time Management Plan
