You will drive the success of clinical trials by coordinating international teams and managing sponsor relations to ensure every study meets strict regulatory and quality standards.

Anforderungen

• •Degree in scientific or medical discipline
• •Three years clinical trial management experience
• •Multicenter and ideally multinational trial experience
• •Strong organizational and communication skills
• •Well-structured, target-oriented, and team-oriented personality
• •Very good English skills
• •Experience in dermatology as an advantage

Aufgaben

• •Organize and manage clinical studies
• •Coordinate internal departments and external stakeholders
• •Act as the primary contact for sponsors
• •Set up and conduct clinical trials
• •Ensure compliance with local laws and regulations
• •Manage project scope, timelines, and budget
• •Lead national and international project teams
• •Oversee vendor management and performance
• •Maintain tracking tools and project timelines
• •Develop trial-specific plans and manuals
• •Implement and maintain risk management strategies
• •Support protocol and ICF development
• •Assist with feasibility and site selection
• •Manage EC and regulatory submissions
• •Maintain the Trial Master File
• •Oversee clinical monitoring and study budgets
