- Availability on-site between 0700–1600 hours, Monday through Friday, and accessible 24/7/365
- Legal residency and work permit for Germany (if applicable)
- Experience managing contracts for U.S. military installations or similar environments
- Demonstrated success in implementing performance-based management and continuous improvement initiatives
- Advanced training or certification in project management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2)
Aufgaben
- Oversee daily operations of the Base Operations contract
- Act as the primary contact for all contract-related matters
- Lead and manage contractor personnel for uninterrupted service
- Administer contract, including transition planning and performance evaluations
- Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations
- Maintain a safe and aesthetically pleasing environment at facilities
- Develop and implement contingency plans for emergencies
- Ensure timely completion of all contract deliverables and documentation
- Manage quality control processes and performance standards
- Coordinate with subcontractors and oversee their performance
- Foster a professional and customer-focused culture among personnel
