- Proven leadership in intercultural project teams
- Strong understanding of risk, change, resource, and budget management
- PMI certification or similar (beneficial)
- Familiarity with semiconductor manufacturing processes and packages (plus)
- Experience managing diverse, cross-functional project teams in matrixed organization
- Ability to build, motivate, and sustain high-performing teams
- Ability to work under pressure and find solutions
- Fluent English (written and spoken)
- Strong communication skills in German
- Team player
Aufgaben
- Deliver multi-site R&D and industrialization projects
- Engage with multiple functions and senior stakeholders
- Define and agree on overall project plans
- Implement projects within agreed boundaries
- Ensure quality standards are defined and met
- Monitor and control project execution
- Define and build high-performing project teams
- Provide team leadership and conflict management
- Analyze and mitigate project risks
- Manage and execute change management processes
- Define and control project budgets
- Track financials transparently throughout projects
- Report project status to senior management
- Facilitate effective communication and stakeholder engagement
- Contribute to quality improvement activities
- Upgrade and adapt personal competencies
- Promote cross-organizational learning and sharing
