- •Degree in engineering, business, or related field
- •Experience managing end-to-end medical device projects
- •Knowledge of Medical Device Software (IEC 62304)
- •Familiarity with product development and design controls
- •Strong interpersonal and motivational skills
- •Resilience, adaptability, and proactive problem-solving
- •Experience with Agile and Waterfall methodologies
- •Prior experience in medical device engineering
- •Basic understanding of medical device standards
- •Desirable PMP certification
- •Desirable Scrum Master experience
- •Fluent written and spoken English skills
