- Facilitate communication with international DTC companies
- Act as a liaison between the client and the agency
- Support project and account managers
- Monitor paid social campaign performance and KPIs
- Prepare performance reports and review presentations
- Write proposals
- Participate in client meetings
- Manage projects, timelines, and deliverables
- Research new potential clients and leads
- Approach leads via cold calling, primarily on LinkedIn
- Gather information for initial calls
- Assist sales managers with follow-up calls
- Review and improve the company's sales strategy
