- Manage end-to-end national and international digital and IT projects
- Ensure project delivery within scope, time, quality, and budget
- Define project objectives, deliverables, and timelines
- Determine resource requirements with stakeholders
- Lead and coordinate cross-functional, virtual, and international teams
- Manage project risks and dependencies
- Manage stakeholder communication throughout projects
- Ensure successful solution implementation
- Facilitate smooth transition of solutions into operations
- Act as Product Owner for digital solutions
- Define product vision for digital solutions
- Support digital solution roadmap development
- Ensure strong business value and user orientation
- Foster collaboration between business and development teams
- Collect, analyze, and prioritize business and functional requirements
- Own and maintain the product backlog
- Manage user stories and backlog prioritization
- Serve as key interface between business and development teams
- Participate in agile ceremonies
- Formally accept delivered solutions
- Drive continuous improvement of digital products
- Continuously improve processes and ways of working
