- Report portfolio performance accurately
- Monitor project health (timeline & budget)
- Track project deliverables
- Coordinate cross-portfolio dependencies
- Assess project risks and challenges
- Execute risk mitigation strategies
- Inform stakeholders of project status
- Support report and material preparation
- Collaborate with leadership on project prioritization
- Develop portfolio roadmaps
- Ensure roadmap alignment with goals and budget
- Provide quarterly portfolio updates via newsletter
- Evaluate impact of new project proposals
- Ensure new projects align with portfolio objectives
- Promote collaboration to define solutions
- Design and execute proposed solutions
- Guide project owners on framework standards
- Ensure project goals are understood by leadership
- Engage stakeholders to implement new processes
- Support change management initiatives
- Facilitate project review meetings
- Assist in facilitating portfolio review meetings
- Prepare materials for portfolio reviews
- Summarize portfolio review outcomes
- Collect and validate project data
- Conduct data quality checks
- Ensure data reliability for dashboards
- Provide insights into progress and risks
- Encourage project owners to update Workfront
- Brainstorm improvements to PM methodologies
- Brainstorm improvements to tool setup
- Brainstorm improvements to communication paths
