- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Familiarity with Lean Tools
Aufgaben
- Identify problems to solve and create project plans
- Lead end-to-end project execution while adhering to scope, processes, schedule, and budget
- Guide the project team through development phases using Novanta’s Growth System
- Align and coordinate shared resources within a global organization
- Facilitate cross-functional collaboration through Obeya meetings and milestone reviews
- Support project teams in managing risk mitigation strategies
- Drive project financial tracking through cost forecasting and variance analysis
- Support continuous improvement initiatives using NGS tools
- Communicate clearly and consistently with leadership and team members
- Implement Advanced Surgery strategy
- Coordinate with other project managers on processes and cross-functional tasks
- Participate actively in innovation and continuous improvement processes
- Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and environmental regulations
