As a Project Manager for Heat Pumps, you will oversee every phase of large heat pump projects, from contract signing to successful installation. This role involves managing project costs, schedules, and team communication while ensuring the project's financial success.

Anforderungen

• •At least 5 years of experience in project management of EPC projects
• •Completed studies in mechanical engineering, chemistry, process engineering, plant engineering, or equivalent training with industrial experience
• •Good knowledge in commercial and legal contract evaluation
• •Possession of project management qualifications such as IPMA
• •Fluency in English and preferably a supplementary language with high communication and intercultural skills
• •Willingness to travel
• •Ability to work under high pressure in a customer-, cost-, and results-oriented manner
• •Self-driven, open-minded, and independent mindset with problem-solving attitude and assertiveness
• •High-energy, outgoing, can-do personality with ability to prioritize demands

Aufgaben

• •Manage all project aspects from contract signing to installation
• •Implement the Everllence project management process
• •Coordinate project handover from sales
• •Oversee project design, procurement, and manufacturing
• •Ensure proper packaging, testing, and delivery of equipment
• •Supervise installation and commissioning of heat pump solutions
• •Handle commercial and technical processing of international orders
• •Facilitate effective communication within the project team
• •Control project costs, schedules, and resources
• •Provide KPIs and create project status reports for stakeholders
• •Document and control project specifications and price sheets
• •Ensure financial accountability for project profitability and claims
