- Review and monitor contractor performance
- Manage change orders, negotiations, and claims
- Administer project contracts
- Conduct site inspections and monitor progress
- Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory requirements
- Meet sustainability standards for all projects
- Prepare project reports and governance materials
- Ensure transparent communication across all levels
- Facilitate client and stakeholder meetings in German and English
- Support the transition of facilities into operations
