Anforderungen

• •Master's degree in Civil Engineering, Facility Management, Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, Real Estate, or related fields
• •5+ years of experience in project management
• •Strong technical knowledge in HVAC, MEP, and cleanroom standards
• •Excellent analytical skills for budgeting and cost forecasting
• •Outstanding reporting and communication skills
• •Digital mindset and ability to implement innovative tools
• •Familiarity with HOAI, VOB, and AHO guidelines
• •Certifications like PMP, PRINCE2 preferred; LEED or sustainability certifications are a plus
• •Fluency in German and English; willingness to travel
