Leading international S/4HANA and finance transformation projects for wealth management. Several years' experience in SAP FI and core-banking projects required. Hybrid work, 4-week workation option.

Anforderungen

  • Bachelor's or master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or IT
  • Strong SAP knowledge (SAP FI, GL/AP/AR/AA/MM/SD/MCA/Arriba/TRM/RE-FX/VIM)
  • Several years' work experience as business analyst and project manager in international SAP S/4HANA and core-banking projects
  • Several years' work experience in Financial Accounting department of a bank (international environment) is an advantage
  • Knowledge and experience in SAP FI-GL, core-banking interfaces, multi-currency accounting, vendor invoice management, Ariba, or core-banking projects is an advantage
  • Experience in digitalization and SAP – core-banking integration
  • Good knowledge of engineering and change management
  • Good understanding of finance related IT applications and MS Office products
  • Fluent German and English (written and spoken)
  • Team player
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • High motivation and drive
  • Hands-on mentality and entrepreneurial spirit
  • High flexibility

Aufgaben

  • Plan, manage, and lead strategic projects
  • Ensure project consistency with strategy and goals
  • Lead international S/4HANA and finance transformation projects
  • Increase efficiency of international SAP landscape
  • Support financial systems development and improvement
  • Integrate SAP S/4HANA modules with core-banking system
  • Customize and develop in-house SAP modules
  • Conduct business analysis and project management
  • Provide data flows, roadmaps, timelines, and testcases
  • Communicate project status to management
  • Escalate issues and ensure meeting targets
  • Represent financial accounting in cross-functional teams
  • Collaborate with Group Tax, Tax, Management Accounting, IT-Operations, and Payroll
