- •5-7 years of progressive experience in strategy, supply chain transformation, or digital operations
- •Desirable experience in top-tier management consultancy
- •Master’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Business, or similar degree
- •Strong strategic thinking and outstanding execution capabilities
- •Ability to analyze complex data sets
- •Hands-on approach to getting work done
- •Expertise in inventory optimization, distribution models, network strategy, and digital/AI transformation
- •Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- •Ability to navigate complex, multicultural environments
- •Fluency in German and English
