- Assess initial feasibility
- Create tentative calendars

- Negotiate contract terms with Legal
- Obtain definitive Risk approval
- Conduct due diligence
- Review all documents and interface with clients and advisors
- Record commercial opportunities in Pipeline application
- Update operation status in Pipeline application
- Register transactions in Delta Management application
- Report to Project Finance Industry Manager on ongoing transactions
