Aufgaben
- Maintain a clear, up-to-date plan.
- Create insightful dashboards.
- Gather information for workstream alignment.
- Ensure seamless documentation, SOPs, and milestones.
- Ensure seamless communication and troubleshooting efforts.
- Support development of the Integrated Schedule (IS).
- Support maintenance of the Integrated Schedule (IS) across all phases.
- Support development of the Integrated Readiness Plan (IRP).
- Support maintenance of the Integrated Readiness Plan (IRP) across all phases.
- Create clear, impactful visualizations from project data.
- Generate clear, impactful reports for senior stakeholders.
- Coordinate workstreams and consolidate updates.
- Ensure workstream alignment.
- Identify risks and bottlenecks for the E2E Director.
- Assess and challenge proposed timelines and inputs.
- Validate proposed timelines for customer-facing projects.
- Validate engineering inputs for customer-facing projects.
- Ensure realistic planning and Probability of Success.
- Drive effective governance.
- Support ORP processes.
- Define interface milestones.
- Integrate workstreams into the Capex schedule.
- Facilitate workshops to shape project timelines.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of coordination tools.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of PMO practices.
