- Manage project changes and assess risks
- Implement effective risk mitigation strategies
- Take full ownership of project P&L
- Lead budget planning and execution
- Collaborate with clients, subcontractors, and partners
- Support and implement strategic project decisions
- Provide direction to project managers
- Report progress to clients and stakeholders
- Build strong working relationships with clients
- Devise cost-effective project completion plans
- Oversee overall project execution and operations
- Ensure compliance with health and safety policies
- Maintain environmental policy standards
