Aufgaben
- Support educational events in Germany, Austria, and Switzerland
- Provide operational and administrative support for event activities
- Update activities in the event management system
- Manage event participants for assigned educational programs
- Assist with on-site event execution alongside team members
- Collaborate with local agencies, suppliers, and industry partners
- Handle supplier invoices and control payments
- Monitor P&L reporting for assigned events
- Manage CME accreditation and compliance approvals
- Coordinate regional research fellowships, grants, and awards
- Manage internal and external communication for research projects
- Prepare contracts for research fellowships and grants
- Process invoices related to research funding
- Manage regional research budgets with regional managers
- Ensure proper storage and archiving of research documents
