- Ensure adherence to timelines, quality, cost, and safety
- Plan and manage industrialization and implementation projects
- Support product introductions, process changes, and system implementations
- Facilitate production transfers
- Assist Production during ramp-up and stabilization
- Evaluate new process technologies and manufacturing concepts
- Improve productivity, quality, and efficiency
- Define and support testing activities
- Establish acceptance criteria
- Support supplier solutions
- Develop and optimize battery and converter production systems
- Manage the transition from single to multi-shift operations
- Drive technical and organizational initiatives on the shopfloor
- Collaborate with Production, Engineering, R&D, Maintenance, and Test Engineering
- Translate diverse requirements into practical solutions
