Anforderungen
- Solid understanding of cryptocurrencies, layer-2s, blockchain infrastructure
- Good understanding of staking and crypto/DeFi yield ecosystem
- Proven business-analysis skills: requirements gathering, user stories, acceptance criteria, BPMN, UAT
- Strong Python skills or other programming language for data extraction/automation
- Proficiency with Power BI (DAX), advanced Excel, Power Query
- Hands-on experience using AI/agentic tools for business analysis, research, documentation
- Analytical, hands-on mindset, ability to translate business needs to technical solutions
- Experience with operational risk, business continuity, compliance processes (a plus)
- Good communication skills
- Self-starter managing multiple projects and working across teams
- Fluent English; German is an advantage

Aufgaben
- Research and test new blockchains
- Assess staking opportunities from technical, business, and product angles
- Collaborate with stakeholder teams
- Explore yield sources, including DeFi and other products
- Track major protocol changes
- Coordinate updates to internal systems
- Benchmark staking product against indices and competitors
- Decide on adding or sunsetting protocols
- Stay updated with the industry through crypto projects and conferences
- Gather requirements for the internal staking platform
- Write PBIs and acceptance criteria
- Test and validate newly implemented features
- Maintain process documentation using BPMN
- Automate business processes for the Business Operations team
- Manage staking-related projects
- Coordinate new staking product launches
- Bridge business and technical teams
- Translate business needs into clear specifications
- Participate in New Business Activity meetings
- Provide staking-related input on potential new business
- Write Python scripts to extract data from APIs
- Build automations using Power Query
- Create and maintain Power BI reports
- Leverage AI and agentic tools in software development
- Leverage AI and agentic tools in research
- Leverage AI and agentic tools in documentation
- Monitor staking infrastructure
- Resolve issues in staking infrastructure
- Provide second-level validator monitoring
- Provide 3rd-level support to Client Management
- Provide technical support to Business Operations teams
- Manage external infrastructure and data providers
- Handle contracts, migrations, invoices, and support cases
- Advise other teams on staking-related topics
- Deliver staking-related data
- Manage risk controls with periodic tests
- Maintain business continuity plans
- Maintain staking policies
- Track incidents and follow up with responsible teams
- Review and approve staking-related infrastructure changes
- Co-create staking contracts and annexes
