Anforderungen
- Extensive experience in mission‑critical IT operations
- Experience leading teams in 24/7 environments
- Strong stakeholder management skills
- Leadership in high‑pressure incident situations
- ITSM/ITIL process understanding at leadership level
- Familiarity with monitoring ecosystems and KPIs
- Proficiency in ServiceNow, Jira, or equivalents
- Matura/HTL or University degree
- Fluent English and advantageous German skills
Aufgaben
- Own the NOC product vision and roadmap
- Prioritize tasks with stakeholders and the team
- Manage the product budget and results
- Ensure operational stability and SLA/OLA compliance
- Improve monitoring, alerting, and incident processes
- Establish transparent performance reporting with KPIs
- Track MTTA, MTTR, and incident volume trends
- Lead cross-functional coordination during operational incidents
- Provide timely communication to business and IT leadership
- Define and maintain runbooks and workflows
- Establish escalation paths and 24/7 operational readiness
- Elevate ITIL process maturity and standardize workflows
- Manage telecom providers, MSPs, and tooling vendors
- Ensure vendor performance and service integration
- Manage risks for network operational stability
- Lead crisis management during major incidents
