- Optimize processes for international product priorities
- Champion process automation
- Champion process optimization
- Analyze current processes for improvement
- Conduct interviews with product teams
- Observe different product teams
- Collaborate with Procurement, FSQA, and Production teams
- Collect and analyze data
- Design new processes
- Coordinate implementation of new processes
- Develop process maps
- Write procedure manuals
- Write SOPs
- Drive implementation of new processes
- Support Tech teams in driving automation
- Organize Tech team projects commercially
- Mediate between project stakeholders
- Ensure project success
