As a Product Manager for Payroll Plus, you will drive the development of a user-friendly payroll solution, collaborating with teams to enhance the product while ensuring compliance and performance. This role involves managing the product roadmap, refining dashboards, and directly contributing to improvements.

• •Excellent communication and documentation skills
• •Experience in payroll, fintech, or operations-heavy SaaS
• •Hands-on experience with tools like Cursor, Claude, Figma
• •Familiarity with two-sided platforms
• •Understanding of German payroll or HR processes
• •Basic coding or front-end familiarity (React, TypeScript)
• •Detail-oriented and comfortable in regulated environments

Aufgaben

• •Lead the Payroll Plus product line
• •Guide Payroll Plus from MVP to a scalable product
• •Manage the Payroll Plus roadmap
• •Run sprint planning and track delivery
• •Partner with payroll operations to identify process bottlenecks
• •Translate bottlenecks into product opportunities
• •Design and refine the customer and internal admin dashboards
• •Write clear specifications for features
• •Collaborate with engineering and product management peers
• •Shape the Payroll Plus experience, including UX and performance
• •Define and track success metrics like payroll run accuracy
• •Use AI-assisted tools for UI improvements and optimizations
